Rooted Reproductive Care Project of SEK is a community-driven mutual aid effort dedicated to ensuring every person in Southeast Kansas has access to compassionate, judgment-free reproductive support. We believe reproductive care is a human right, not a privilege. Our work is grounded in dignity, privacy, and respect for every individual’s needs and circumstances. Whether someone is trying to conceive, navigating postpartum recovery, or seeking essential reproductive supplies, we are here to offer practical help without stigma, shame, or barriers.
We provide free or low-cost reproductive health kits designed to meet people where they are. Our TTC Kits support individuals and families on their journey toward conception, offering tools, information, and encouragement. Our Postpartum Recovery Kits focus specifically on reproductive healing after birth—because recovery shouldn’t be a luxury. We also share trusted educational resources from established health organizations so people can make informed decisions about their bodies and their futures.
Through mutual aid, community donations, and local partnerships, we work to fill gaps in access to reproductive care across Southeast Kansas.
Our project centers on practical, person-focused support:
Free reproductive care kits for TTC, postpartum recovery, and general reproductive wellness
Evidence-based educational resources from reputable organizations
A judgment-free, confidential approach to every person we serve
Community collaboration to ensure support reaches those who need it most
A commitment to equity, so lack of insurance, income, or transportation never becomes a barrier
Rooted Reproductive Care Project of SEK exists to strengthen our community from the ground up—one person, one family, and one act of care at a time.
