🩸 In the month of May we distributed 89 items across SEK!
✨ May 11th through May 17th was Period Poverty Awareness Week. It's an annual campaign put on by the Alliance for Period Supplies to bring attention to the issue of period poverty. 1 in 4 people struggle to purchase period supplies due to lack of income. During Period Poverty Awareness Week, our community showed up in a big way—we raised $160 to fight period poverty and expand access to essential care right here in SEK.
This is what collective care looks like. Thank you for being part of it.
